Our story
C.mores was founded with one focus: the bean. Every decision begins there, where the bean comes from, the region it was grown in, the soil that nourished it, and the process that shaped its character. Each bean is roasted according to its unique origin and variety, bringing out the finest flavors and aromas it has to offer.
At C.mores, we work with both Arabica and Robusta, though Robusta holds a special place for us. Rooted in Vietnamese coffee culture, C.mores draws inspiration from generations of Robusta cultivation. The sight of freshly harvested beans drying naturally under the sun and brewing coffee with a phin, a traditional Vietnamese brewer that allows each drop to fall into the cup below.
That tradition is what C.mores is built on: a deep respect for where the coffee beans come from. Every coffee bean's variety and processing method is carefully selected, roasted, and brewed in a way that best highlights its unique characteristics, allowing each cup to tell the story of the bean behind it.
